At Bluesoul, we consider perfume as an extension of your personality, a unique expression that lingers in memory. The brand offers premium fragrances including signature scents like Blue Oud, Dark Morphine, Inspiration, and Colossal - each meticulously crafted to resonate with diverse personalities and occasions.

Challenge

Store was simple and lacked product detail and trust signals. Ads used influencer content but weren't optimised to leverage social proof or conversion-focused landing pages.

Strategy & Implementation

  • Installed Microsoft Clarity for session replays and heatmaps to find friction.
  • Offer clarity: Added bold "Buy 1 Get 1" headline and structured pricing (original price, offer price, savings).
  • Coupon integration: Added visible promo code with click-to-copy functionality.
  • Expanded product info: More detailed fragrance notes, benefits, and usage info.
  • Visual structure: Cleaner layout with sections for product description, offer details, and trust signals.
  • Cross-sell/AOV boost: Added combo pack positioning and related product suggestions.
  • Built and optimised a collection landing page for campaign traffic.
  • Secured influencer permission to run collab ads and used the influencer video as ad creative.
  • Created sitelinks and enhanced ad assets; routed traffic to the optimised collection page.
